I installed the Link on two laptops, the older one running XP and the newer one running W7. The Z10 works flawlessly and there is nothing wrong with it. The PC would recognize the phone but the Link could not communicate with it. I installed and reinstalled it dozen times to no avail. I bought Z10 on February 5 and trying to fix the Link on my main PC ever since.
